RIGHTS AND PERMISSIONS
If you wish to request permission to reprint any copyrighted

rights, please write, in typed form, a letter of inquiry
with all of the information indicated below. Your letter
must include:
- Title of the book
- Name of the author(s) of the book
- Specific material in the book which you'd like to
use, including page numbers
- The way in which you'd like to use the material.
- Your name, address, phone number and fax number
PERMISSION TO USE COPYRIGHT
If you wish to use in any form or manner, on a non-exclusive
basis, any excerpt from any Abington House book, or
wish to receive permission to use any copyrighted material
in connection with other any books or products, you
are required to obtain the written permission of Abington

SUBSIDIARY RIGHTS
